I must taste like sugar

Has anyone notice an ungodly amount of mosquitos buzzing around lately? I think there is a mosquito factory next door, if I didn't know better myself. My goodness gracious. Fortunately Veronica is the master bug killer with ninja like reflexes so on our trip to the (bug ridden) park this weekend she managed to hold her own, even with 3 cans of skin so soft. I thinking might be able to rent her out if sge keeps up these bug killing skills. LOL :)


Well gotta go and plather myself in benedryl. Gah!!!!!

Baby Gymnastic's Gone WWF

Ok..... Let me just start by saying, kiddie gymnastics - hilari-freakin-lous. Last night I took V to her gymnastics class. She has been going for over a year now and she love, love, loves it!
So to the best part of yesterday's adventure...my baby girl has what I might consider her first boyfriend, a lil 3-1/2 year old (yes, she likes older men, just like her mommie) tyke named Sebastian. And yesterday Sebastian expressed his love by pushing V down during playtime and V returned the love with a tiny open handed slap right on his noggin. Yep, that's my girl! We were quick to help dry up the tears, while was struggling keeping the laughter on the inside. Baby WWF in the house - or miniture gymnasium, so to speak!

One thing for sure - maybe Sebastian should do a couple more push-ups if he's gonna date by lil girl!

Work, Women, and Strawberries

Ok so I think I am getting the hang of this thing. I use to write all the time and never had a place for it so now I do ! I am a little timid of puttin it all out there so to speak but after a few spritzers with the girls over the weekend I am sayin what the heck!

If you havent noticed I work for a non-profit and tho I love it , it can be very frustrating. Well let me say that the can has hit the fan! I dont understand why people make promises and then never fullfill them? I also dont understand why my boss seems to think we are the only charity that has this happen.

Oh and while I am at it ... to the Woman at the mixer last week, who stole Mr. Right Now away from me on the dance floor...you can eat it !

I did take Veronica out this weekend to a little place about 45 minutes outside the city and we finally got to pick some berries. It was well worth the drive and the traffic headaches to get out there and be with some "real" people ! I gotta tell ya .. this single stuff has its perks...like making my schedule up as I go ... but sometimes.. it would be nice to have someone else to share these moments with....baby's Daddy(here on in BD) is a weekend warroir and misses more dates than I care to mention

Summer, Sun and FRESH VEGGIES

Oh my, could it be? That time of the year where I can just pick and chomp. Family trips with the kiddies, loaded up on sunscreen to pick some of my favorites - strawberries. Mmmmmm.

I couldn't be more happy that this weather is here and season for picking has begun!
